What We Believe

About the Bible
We believe the Bible is the infallible and inspired words of God. It is the final authority of what is right. It was given to use by God to be our instruction manual, the source of our faith and our guidance as we strive to enter the Kingdom of God.

About God
We believe in one God who is all powerful, all knowing and who is present everywhere. In His dealing with humanity, He revealed Himself at different times and also in different forms in order for His dealing with man to be understood.

About Jesus Christ
We believe in Jesus Christ the Son of God. He is the manifestation of God in the flesh. He is the Messiah and the Lord and Savior of the church. The Bible teaches that whatsoever we do in word or in deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. (Col. 3:17) He is coming again to take the Church with him.

About the Holy Spirit
We believe in the Holy Spirit as the manifestation of God in the ministry of regeneration (ministry of changing lives). The Holy Spirit is our Comforter and our Spiritual Guide.

About the Church
We believe in the Church founded by the Lord Jesus Christ on the day of Pentecost. We believe that the Church of Jesus Christ is a Spirit-filled church, redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ. It is composed of people of all nations and races who received Him as Savior and Lord. It is the group of people whom Jesus will take in the rapture. We believe the brethren at Ambassadors of Christ Worship Center are one of them.

About Repentance
We believe in repentance as one of the necessary steps toward the forgiveness of sins. It means "a change of heart against sin." As human beings, we don't know how to deal with our sins. We use to take them for granted until we reaped its consequence. We used to like it and how it drives our lives. But when the truth came to us, we changed our heart against it. We are now making a stand; we are giving it to the Lord directly thru confession. Repentance also means, not our will be done by the will of God in our lives.

About Baptism
We believe in Baptism as one of the necessary steps towards the forgiveness of sins. It means "to immerse, to dip in water or being under water." We believe it has to be done in accordance to the commandment of the Lord; that is to baptize all people in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit which is the name of Jesus. "Baptism is also a major doctrine in the Bible and it declares the point where we begin our new life in Christ Jesus.” (Romans 6:4)

About Fellowship
We believe in fellowship, the Bible says, "Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together as the manner of some." (Hebrews 10:25) Fellowship is essential for both personal and group edification, for mentoring, for praise and worship, for having a place to belong as children of God. The teaching of the Bible declares fellowship as something that needs to be done consistently until Jesus Christ comes.
