Men for Christ
The Men for Christ ministry is one of the departments of Ambassadors for Christ Worship Center. One of its goals is to organize men members of the fellowship to do the work of the ministry.
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
Men for Christ exists in order to create a united effort by the men members of Ambassadors for Christ Worship Center is to provide outreach, fellowship, training and spiritual help for all the men in our ministry. Its organization is geared to minister to the spiritual and emotional needs of our members.
MODE OF OPERATION
Our department operates thru scheduled fellowship by the members of the group. As per resolution of the Board of Elders, Pastor Lionel Cotanda is the interim coordinator of the group. The first Friday of every month at 7:30pm is the time for fellowship service.
MEMBERSHIP
All men from age 18 and up, who profess and sincerely recognize the Lord Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior of his life can be a member of the group. All officers of the group is appointed after six months of membership and after they completed a leadership training and spiritual evaluation set forth by the church. All members are encouraged to get involved in all the programs and drives and fellowship services of the group. Furthermore, they are encourage to support the financial responsibilities of the church by giving their tithes and their offerings. Membership can be terminated only by the action of the Board of Elders, in a meeting called for that purpose. This is done when certain member is no longer living his life under the guidance and spiritual direction of the fellowship.
ACTIVITIES
Activities of the department include reaching out declaring the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ unto all the men of this department.
