God Loadeth Us with Benefits
“Blessed be the Lord, who loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation.”
- Psalm 68:19
The word “benefit” means something that is advantageous or good. I like this definition specially when talking about welfare of people such as needs and things that are good for human sustenance. The word benefits portray something that caters to our needs or the answer to our needs. We know these things because we are part of a system that provide benefits in the workplace. When benefits are present in the workplace, it portrays a good relationship between the employer and the employees.
God has a benefit package for His children that is greater that anything that is being introduced into our worldly system today. A benefit package that is given not a weekly, monthly or a yearly basis but on a daily basis. The Bible said, that God has loaded us with benefits daily and all these are the answers to our needs. Now the challenge lies not in the reality of God’s words but the kind of faith, trust and courage in order to claim these benefits. God’s faithfulness was already proven when He fed, clothed and protected the nation of Israel in the wilderness for forty years. What a patter of God’s faithfulness! He is not only willing but He is able to fulfill all His promises. Amen!
The challenge is in our court my brothers and sisters, can we be able to believe and trust God and put our courage in places wherin He can pour out His benefits daily for us according to His promises? I believe this is something that we need to check and one that will continue to upgrade and enhance, in order for it to work for us. God’s message to us is crystal clear, He is ready when you are.
