Doing Things for God
Doing things for God is not about what we just want to do, but based on thing God wants us to do. The concept must always be considered whenever we do something for God. If serving God is about pleasing Him, then we need to do things that please Him. As children of God, we must remember that doing things for God is our privilege. This is the testimony of our faith that we are indeed, members of His church.
The Bible is not silent about this subject. In fact. It has given us a ton of suggestions about the things we can do for God. The type of Christian dedication begins from the day we believe Him as Lord and Savior and it continues on a day-to-day devotion, such as praying, and reading the Bible and fellowship. Another part of this Christian dedication is learning more about the words of God by attending a scheduled Bible study.
