Our Daily Strength
Let me share with you a message that is very crucial to our lives as children of God. This is about our strength, the power that keeps us going. I am not talking about the physical strength to carry a heavy load, I’m talking about the spiritual strength that we need in all aspects of our lives. Strength that will enable us to move on despite the pain and frustration of the past. Strength that enables us to continue to think on the good things even if our surroundings are marred with sin and wickedness. Strength to do our service to God even if our expectations did not materialize and our prayers does not seem to be answered. My brothers and sisters, this kind of strength comes from God.
In Ephesians 6:10, the Bible says, “Be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might…” Yes, my brothers and sisters, the Lord is the source of our strength. He promised this strength to us because He knows serving Him has a lot of challenges and struggles. The only way to accomplish this and be victorious is to set the course of our lives to it and do our very best. That is why He promises that He will never leave us nor forsake us. He will be with us until the end of time. Our response to this is to hold on to His promises and continue to experience the power of His might. Let us always experience the power of God, His touch, His revelations and most of all the virtues that is being released by the presence of God. Let us continue to serve Him and be His instruments to reach out for more souls and become God’s children. He will always be the source of our strength until His coming. Rejoice!
